Any user who enters and uses the services of healthion.gr is deemed to consent and unconditionally accept the terms set forth herein, without any exception. ORDERS

Your order is considered received by the "Healthion" store from the moment you receive information about it using the e-mail address and/or by phone at the number you will have registered during your order. During the processing of each registered order, the stock availability of the products you ordered is also confirmed. The "Healthion" store is obliged to inform you in a timely manner in case of unavailability or change in the shipping time of the order.

The listed prices of the various products available through healthion.gr include the statutory VAT.

The prices of the products listed on healthion.gr may change at any time without notice but without having effect on the order already placed. The various product offers listed through healthion.gr are only valid for orders placed through healthion.gr, even if the products are picked up from the physical store and while stocks last. In the event that a small or limited stock of a discounted product has been made available, the "Healthion" store reserves the reasonable right to carry out the relevant orders based on the satisfaction of as many of its customers as possible and in order of priority of receiving the order.

The "Healthion" store strives to provide you with high quality products and services, despite this and in the context of good faith, it is not responsible and is not bound for any mistakes or errors in information, features or photos as well as product prices listed on healthion.gr and cannot guarantee that there will be no errors from any cause when entering and/or updating a product's data. The customer must have entered the required information to verify his identity (name, address, e-mail address, contact phone number, as well as login information (e-mail).

The "Healthion" store reserves the right to register the customer's personal information (password is excluded) so that it can inform its customers about its products without abusing this right. The "Healthion" store guarantees the safekeeping of these details and undertakes not to share them with third parties.

You are solely responsible for the selection of a product and its suitability for the purposes or applications for which you selected it.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order at any stage of completion and within 24 hours of receiving it by calling us at 694.898.2565 and then confirming this by sending an e-mail to info@healthion.gr.

DELIVERY OF ORDER AND OWNERSHIP OF PRODUCTS

The products can be sent to you anywhere within the Greek Territory. The products will be sent to you at the place you have indicated to us in the order form.

Shipping costs and shipping method are up to the customer. The "Healthion" store is not bound for the shipping costs imposed by each shipping company, even if there is information about the shipping costs of a specific shipping company through healthion.gr. This data belongs to the transport companies without binding the "Healthion" store. The "Healthion" store will make every effort to ship the products to you within 1-4 working days (Monday to Friday). For products that are not available at the time of processing the order, the "Healthion" store will inform you of whether the product will be available again and of the new shipping time. In this case, the customer is bound by the decision to keep his order on hold until it is executed or to cancel the unavailable product and be compensated by returning the value of the product. Ownership of the product is transferred upon full payment.

MAJOR VIOLENCE

"Healthion" store is not responsible for delays in performance (including delivery) due to circumstances beyond the fault of "Healthion" store or due to force majeure and will be entitled to an extension of time for performance. Examples include strikes, acts of terrorism, war, supplier/transportation/production problems, currency fluctuations, governmental or legislative acts and natural disasters. If such incidents last more than 2 months, this Agreement may be terminated by either party without compensation.

SUBSCRIPTION – PRODUCT RETURNS – CONSUMER RIGHTS

You have the right to return the products you have purchased, free of charge and without having to tell us the reason why you wish to return the products, under the following terms and conditions:

• The return must be made no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you receive the products. In this case, you only bear the direct cost of returning the products
• Returns are accepted on the condition that you contacted the "Healthion" store on the same day or the next working day at 694.898.2565.
• The returned product must be in the same condition in which you received it, i.e. without its packaging being unsealed or tampered with, exactly as before its sale, in its complete original packaging as delivered to you by the transport company
• In order for the return to be accepted, the original proof of purchase (retail receipt, invoice) must be presented by the person who originally purchased the product and whose details appear on the proof of purchase
• As long as the conditions are met and the return of the product is accepted, the consumer is entitled to a refund in cash or by crediting an account that will be notified to the "Healthion" store. The customer's refund will be completed within thirty (30) days from the date we receive the product. If the purchase was made with a credit card, the transaction will be canceled and a corresponding update (credit) will be made to his credit card, and no cash refund

MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS

The "Healthion" store reserves the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions. The modification or renewal will be effective from the moment this text is updated regarding any change.
