You have the right to return the products you have purchased, free of charge and without having to tell us the reason why you wish to return the products, under the following terms and conditions:
- The return must be made no later than within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you receive the products. In this case, you only bear the direct cost of returning the products
- Returns are accepted on the condition that you contact the «Healthion» store on the same day or the next working day at 694.898.2565
- The returned product must be in the same condition in which you received it, i.e. without its packaging being unsealed or tampered with, exactly as before its sale, in its complete original packaging as delivered to you by the transport company
- In order for the return to be accepted, the original proof of purchase (retail receipt, invoice) must be presented by the person who originally purchased the product and whose details are shown on the proof of purchase.
As long as the conditions are met and the return of the product is accepted, the consumer is entitled to a refund in cash or by crediting an account that will be notified to the «Healthion» store.
The customer's refund will be completed within thirty (30) days from the date we receive the product.
If the purchase was made with a credit card, the transaction will be canceled and a corresponding update (credit) will be made to his credit card, and no cash refund.
